Our Story

Revolution Consulting Group is now HR Revolution.

Same team, same practical approach, sharper focus. We changed our name to better reflect what clients actually come to us for, HR and workplace safety working as one, not two separate services bought from two separate providers. It's not a change in ownership or philosophy, just a name that finally fits the work.

Her focus is practical: turning complex HR obligations into decisions you can actually make and act on.

Craig leads the safety side, working across health checks, risk assessments, SWMS and training so your systems hold up when they're actually tested, not just on paper. He builds safety documentation and training around how your industry and your sites really operate, not a generic template.

Most of our clients are growing businesses around 10-200 staff who don't have HR or safety in-house yet, or who have a small team that needs extra hands. Retainer partnerships suit businesses from roughly $1M to $50M turnover, but we take on ad hoc and project work at any size.
